He encouraged students, alumni, faculty, and staff at Missouri S&T to actively engage in career development, noting that successful careers rarely happen by chance. S&T’s Career Opportunities and Employer Relations offers resources, such as mentoring, co-op programs, and guidance on professional presence, to help design impactful career paths. By setting short- and long-term goals and taking actionable steps, everyone at S&T can enhance their prospects of achieving a fulfilling professional journey.
