Subject: Celebrating S&T’s Growth: Kummer Gift Impact on STEM and Economic Development

Summary: Four years ago, Fred and June Kummer’s historic gift to Missouri S&T set the foundation for a transformative journey. Their generosity enabled the creation of the Kummer College and numerous initiatives that support STEM outreach, student scholarships, and economic development. Over 11,000 K-12 students have been engaged through this outreach, with scholarships for over 1,000 Vanguard Scholars and meaningful summer camp experiences. These efforts continue to elevate S&T and promote the Kummer vision of lasting change.
